Rob and Jake founded The Good Travel Agent in October 2023, following the tremendous success of their previous business, The Good Estate Agent. Over the years, The Good Estate Agent has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs launch and manage their own estate agency businesses, all while working from the comfort of their own homes. This proven model of support and guidance has enabled many individuals to build successful careers without the high overheads and complexities typically associated with running a traditional agency.
Building on this strong foundation, Rob and Jake saw an opportunity to apply their expertise and business model to the travel industry, an area close to their hearts and full of potential. With Jakeās extensive knowledge of the travel sector, having worked in various capacities across the industry, and Robās remarkable experience in franchise development and business strategy, they were perfectly positioned to launch The Good Travel Agent. In her role as Business Support Manager, Kat is responsible for those all important behind the scenes functions - from your initial set up and systems access, to post booking support and administration.
